Eventually the process of refining and cooking food throughout the millennium has certainly transformed the human biological organism.
The presenter is clinical in mapping out the evolutionary path of development and the constant change in how we use the food the planet provides. Now we need to learn how to better use it, to achieve the healthiest outcome, and a more egalitarian distribution.

To refine food for thought has travelled many pathways in human history. Art – Poetry – Music – Science – Philosophy – Literature – Religion. All to achieve the beneficial construction of higher states of consciousness. An innate factor in all of those, was the Universal practice of meditation. Ancient practices designed to awaken an inner part of our being that might offer us answers to our human existence.

The remarkable experience of your real identity through seeing another real identity if it ever happens to you, has no disorientation to the reality, or the location where it takes place.
Everything is, as it is, but with an exquisite beauty and sharing that defies our ability to describe it.

It is why Mindfulness and all its practices are so important to understand the symbols that portray a successful experience (“the sound of one hand clapping”).

Practising Mindfulness at any level has always beneficial outcomes. In many ways you feel better, a change in you, you can’t explain. It is just being, you feel! Let it be.
Coupled with any form of meditation, The Permanent Semantic Template of your own creation will give you certainty as to the value of the discipline you practice.

What are the constant elements you depend on that must exist always?.

We profess that the only certainty in life is change? How many certainty’s can you identify in your life? It is certain that you depend on air, food, and water to exist? Try to consider the awesome processes that must be delivered to satisfy your dependency.
Without me extrapolating that any further, think also of the awesome necessary certainties that must exist in your life for you to survive. They are endless!
Those endless certainties are the stuff of your life. We need to recognize them now!!
Are you feeling too hot! It might be just too late and you will never know!

Known elements that form the basic chemistry construction of all life and are continuously being recognized and added to. Elements that are akin to the basic structure of all language. Those language elements form the Permanent Semantic Template and give you accurate information about who you are.

The ancient symbol of the egg as life.
Ancient cultures viewed the egg as a symbol that represented new-born life. For them as a concept it epitomised the miraculous structure of all forms of natural life.It is still celebrated to this day. The miracle of a new-born chick manifested from the elemental  food encased in the shell.

The Code of Life is yours (DNA).
The Elemental Table is yours.
So also is your Permanent Semantic Template. It is your language that you can understand and know who you are.
Know they exist as constant certainties.

Could we consider that our linear evolution explains why Man extends his knowledge but not his “knowing”  the crux of his being, the very essence of life. Perhaps the ‘knowing” is in a vertical direction..

Like everything else on this planet  The Semantic Template has always been in existence.  . The permanent constancy of elements  over millions of years evolved the structure of life as we know it. Evolution prescribes its growth and it contemporary existence. Its historical content has been the vehicle for human literature throughout time. The human being within its time frame and developing consciousness seems to continue making the same category mistakes, which promotes its own developing remedies for correction.

The greatest mistake human history has made is to teach children to be independent.
A conceptual instruction impossible to achieve, and the road to misery, creating a false ego they don’t have. There is nothing in this Universe that is independent. Everything that is, is interconnected, and interdependent, the only way it can be. The only certainties that can exist.

With care and compassion teach a child what it means to be really dependent.
To be always dependent on Nature – People – Mother Earth. Let them know they are dependent on everything there is. And vice versa, everything there is, is dependent on them. They will have the existing opportunity to grow into responsible caring citizens, with their humanity intact.

Amen to that!

To refresh the original purpose of  my earlier blogs. These shorter inserts offer the reason I started to search for any data, ancient or otherwise on human consciousness, specifically related to Alzheimer’s.
At 89 years of age (well past my used by date) it may well be that I am a candidate with a focus on my own pending dementia. If so, then the theory and the method I write about is holding it at bay. To address the health of my mind in this way could be the catalyst that retains its own functional activity.
A semantic template can be created using data on both domain pages.                                                     No definition of absolutes or principles can be ill-defined.
The are always interconnected and interdependent.
Each configuration constructed by anyone has meaning particular to them, although its value is universal. That  is why it is never personal property!
