Tis one or the other.
The Permanent Semantic Template.
Our consciousness Bank = Being.
The very essence of life is not Thought – it is Being!
Psychedelic: Ancient Greek.
“To make something new known
to our being”.

A Semantic Template
Questions arise as to the preparation for meditation.
There are many ancient Eastern established disciplines that are constantly practised today that will provide a platform to a new way of experience. They have international use, and adapted generally by those who realize its beneficial practice, those benefits are now being adopted by Western medicine.
If you are physically able to apply any one of the many disciplines available, choose one that meets not only your physique, your consciousness, your personality, and your interest, but also a teacher with reciprocal qualities.
A case in point, I have two metal screws at the base of my spine (a spinal fusion).
That was half a century ago. The screws are fine, but the bones where they are placed
have gone the distance, so my preparation is of a consciousness, and emotional nature primarily, and a particular side of one brain hemisphere that enjoys more comfort!
The purpose of any meditation – observance – mindfulness – attention, is two-fold. To unburden a mind of embedded questionable concepts, and replace them with a new experience of the reality we live in. A reality we will always want to share. Consciousness needs at least one other.
Your daily kaleidoscope of “thoughts” are irrelevant until you “experience” some form of cognition, or an awareness of something new that touches your very being.
All forms of ancient meditation are specifically designed to still the “thoughts” and let you Be.
A butterfly in a cocoon will never know it is a butterfly until it emerges from the cocoon and sees another butterfly, and all the diverse creations of other butterflies.
To be, or not to be …..
The existing functionality of any form of meditation have communal qualities that are provisionally unqualified.
Only within that domain of consciousness purity and unity can they function.
Mindfulness semantics operate through you with their own agenda. Their binary properties and subsequent definition are of a dimension outside our conscious awareness.
Mindfulness and healing are co-existent, and their activity is not personal property that function within the realms of our space-time-energy-matter domains. Look upon the practice of mindfulness as a social contribution whose effects may take their own manifestation.
The double helix effect of mindfulness semantics is infinite, and adds beneficially to our collective consciousness.
Personal benefit comes with the realization that change of being has taken place, and our functionality can develop. We evolve. Let it be.
The Code of Life and The Semantic Template represent the Universal language spoken in any langauge, because all languages are inexorably based on the same principles and absolutes that exist without dichotomies.
Footnote: To refresh the original purpose of my earlier blogs. These shorter inserts offer the reason I started to search for any data, ancient or otherwise on human consciousness, specifically related to Alzheimer’s.
At 89 years of age (well past my used by date) it may well be that I am a candidate with a focus on my own pending dementia. If so, then the theory and the method I write about is holding it at bay. To address the health of my mind in this way could be the catalyst that retains its own functional activity.
A semantic template can be created using data on both domain pages. No definition of absolutes or principles can be ill-defined.
The are always interconnected and interdependent.
Each configuration constructed by anyone has meaning particular to them, although its value is universal. That is why it is never personal property!
‘That men do not learn very much from the lessons of history is the most important of all the lessons of history’.
Aldous Huxley (26 July 1894 -22 November 1963.
Amen to that!
